Haden was raised in Troup, Texas – a small East Texas town outside of Tyler. Upon graduating high school, Haden began working in the hospitality industry. He spent the next 12 years working in numerous fine dining establishments in Central California, Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Texas.

Although Haden loved his time in the hospitality industry, he knew it wasn’t his calling. He obtained his Texas Real Estate License in 2016 and joined the Keller Williams Austin Southwest Market Center in Austin, Texas. At SWMC, he took BOLD 3 times and used the models and systems he learned to catapult his real estate career, creating The R&O Group at Keller Williams Realty.

After the birth of their second child, Haden and his wife Kayla moved back to their hometown of Tyler, Texas to be closer to family. Haden took the position of Team Leader for the Tyler Market Center and helped grow the office from 80 agents to over 260 in his four-and-a-half year tenure.

During this time, Haden’s wife Kayla obtained her license and started Riggs Property Group at Keller Williams Realty Tyler. Today, Haden is a full-time BOLD coach and active agent on Riggs Property Group in the East Texas area. Haden’s desire is to be a facilitator for agents to experience the success Keller Williams can provide. He sees BOLD as the ultimate opportunity for personal and professional growth, and that’s what drives him to pour into agents now as a BOLD Coach.
